On Friday I travelled to Maplewood to personally install a Dazzler Classic in the living room of Mrs. Doreen Hargreaves, whose curtains have been under siege since March. I arrived in a branded van, with a tool belt and a very shiny tie.
The install took 22 minutes. The cat, a tabby named Humphrey, observed from behind a plant and said nothing. Mrs. Hargreaves cried a little. I cried a little. Humphrey, in a gesture I will not forget, walked over and scratched the curtains in front of us both. We left the post in the room, anyway, for the future.
