Will my cat actually use it?
Friends, I cannot promise that. I can promise that the post will be there, standing proudly, while your cat scratches the carpet beside it.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Or 31 days on a Tuesday. The post must be returned undamaged, which we have never once received.
Do you assemble?
Assembly takes 12 minutes with the included Allen key, or 4 hours without it.
Is the sisal safe?
It is 100 percent sisal, 0 percent goat. The goat has been reassigned.
