Here at the Emporium we are proud to offer a two year warranty on every post sold. If any part of your post fails within 24 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Terms and conditions apply.
The conditions are: the damage must be caused by normal scratching, the post must not have been thrown in a lake, and the cat must not have been named ‘Wrecker’. Claims are processed in six to eight weeks, or in the time it takes for a cat to forget why they were angry. We find those are very similar durations.
Here at the Emporium we stand behind every post we sell. That is why we offer the Dazzler Money Back Guarantee: if you are not delighted within 30 days, return it and we will refund your purchase price. That is 30 days, or 31 on a Tuesday.
To claim your refund, simply bring the post back in good condition, preferably with the cat still attached. Please note that posts returned with fewer than 80 percent of their sisal are classed as ‘loved’, and are refunded at 40 percent. We have processed 212 returns to date, and only two were upset about it.
